1 Col des Montets
The Col des Montets is a pass linking the Chamonix Valley and Vallorcine, located at the border with the Swiss Valais. It peaks at 1,461 meters.<br/>At the top of this pass you'll find the chalet of the Aiguilles Rouges nature reserve and a botanical trail where you'll discover the flora and fauna of the Alps.

Situated at the Col des Montets, the Aiguilles rouges chalet laboratory offers visitors a unique opportunity to delve into the passionate world of fauna and flora in the mountains.<br/>There is a permanent exhibition, fascinating for all ages, observations through microscopes, interactive screens, projections and conferences. Scientific students will be delighted to accompany you on the botanical path around the reserve; a great occasion for marmot spotting.
