  • Chef Hubert Chanove and Fanny have taken over this family gourmet restaurant which has been a Michelin-starred restaurant since 2016 and opened a Bistro mid-June 2020. This is the perfect place for a spot of fine-dining, either in the Gastro or Bistro (at lunch time only from Wednesday to Saturday), where herbs and wildflowers are used to enhance the seasonal local produce.

  • You will be warmly welcomed by the Chef Hubert Chanove and Fanny, along with their highly professional staff. The Refuge des Gourmets is the ideal location for fine-dining in a relaxed atmosphere. On sunny days, there is a pleasant terrace area for lunchtime and evenings!
