Proxigem, service on demand

The transport service should not compete with the regular lines - if you live 300 metres or less from a stop, take the bus!
If your final destination is served by a regular bus line, Proxigem will drop you at the nearest stop to complete your journey by bus. The cost of a complete journey is also 3€!
For people with reduced mobility Proxigem offers a service from the home to the desired address.
New: from next March people with reduced mobility will be able to subscribe to the transport on demand service, Proxigem, cost: 28 € per month (subscription form available at the site of the Federation of Municipalities).

The reservation deadline is a minimum of half a day before the planned journey, for journeys in Annemasse and Annecy it is two days.
To place your reservation:
- Think about reserving at least half a day in advance.
- Have your details ready (name, address, telephone...).
- In consultation with your reservation agent, determine the time and place of meeting.
- Information such as difficulty in accessing your house, the need for a child seat or reduced mobility can help us to provide a better service.
